SNAP provides nutritional support for low-income seniors, people with disabilities living on fixed incomes, and other individuals and families with low incomes. The SUNCAP Program is a special Food Assistance Program for individuals who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
A nutrition program that provides healthy foods for you, your infant, and your child, plus helpful nutrition information – all at no cost for those who qualify. WIC also offers breastfeeding support and referrals to health care, immunizations and other community services.
Offers emergency food services to seniors returning from the hospital and providing nutritious meals, friendly visits, and safety checks to South Florida's senior community.

The four Family Success Centers located throughout the County are one-stop resources for assisting individuals and families in setting goals, learning skills, and accessing the services they need to become financially stable.
HUD-certified housing counseling agency providing housing related services such as first time buyer information, mortgage counseling and foreclosure prevention.
The Broward Housing Council (BHC) serves in an advisory capacity to the County Commission and facilitated coordination between the County, municipalities, the business community, and not-for-profit groups. The BHC addresses housing issues including, but not limited to: affordable housing, workforce housing, and homelessness.

Broward County Transit
Provides information on bus fares, routes maps, fares and passes.
Broward County provides shared-ride, door-to-door transportation programs for individuals who are prohibited from using the Broward County Transit (BCT) fixed-route bus service due to physical and/or mental disabilities.
